Something not working, or a question about how Paz runs your home? Write to us. A person reads every message.

Common questions
- Do the people who work in my home need the app?
- No. Your housekeeper, driver, nanny or cook needs WhatsApp, which they already have. They never download anything and never create an account.
- I cannot sign in.
- Paz sends a code to your email, or you continue with Google or Apple. There is no password to forget. If the code has not arrived after a minute, look in the spam folder, then write to us and we will get you in.
- How do I stop Paz writing to someone on WhatsApp?
- From that person’s phone, reply STOP to the Paz number. Paz stops writing to it straight away. Reply START to turn it back on. Send the word on its own, so a task that happens to contain it never switches anybody off.
- How do I turn the assistant off?
- Open Settings in Paz, tap AI assistant, then Turn off AI. The assistant, voice notes and quick task reading switch off, and the rest of Paz keeps working. The same row turns it back on.
- Can each person read Paz in their own language?
- Yes, and that is the point of it. Everyone in your home has their own language, set on their profile, and Paz writes to each of them in theirs. You can change yours in Settings under Language.
- Who can see my household’s information?
- The people in your home, and nobody else. We never sell your data and we never share it to advertise to you. The privacy policy below names every company that handles any part of it, and why.
How to delete your account
You can do this yourself, in a few taps. You do not have to ask us.
- In the Paz app, tap the menu at the top, then Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Paz shows you what goes, including which homes are deleted with you. Confirm, and it is done.
This cannot be undone. Your profile, your chats with Paz, your notifications and your reminders are deleted. A home you are the last admin of goes with you, and Paz names it before you confirm. In a browser the same button sits at the bottom of Settings at app.getpaz.io.
If you cannot get into Paz at all, write to hello@getpaz.io from the email address on the account and we will close it for you.
